WARNFORD PARISH MEETING: NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

WPM will hold a remote AGM on Tuesday 4 May 2021 at 7.00 pm.

2. Approval of Minutes of meeting held on 12th November 2021.

4. Financial:

a) Approval of Accounts for year to 31/03/2021

b) AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return) 2020/1

including fixing date for the exercise of public rights: 14 June 2021

c) Grant application by Parish News

d) Defibrillator: costs of new battery (£211.20) and new pads (£86.40)

e) Request from Corhampton& Meonstoke for £20 towards the costs of signs on the Meon Valley Trail

5. Election of Officers: Chair and Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer

WPM reps on: The Village Hall Committee and The Touchet Trust

6. Planning.

7. Rights of Way/Highways
