There is a vacancy at no. 1 Hanover Cottages and a new tenant is needed. Anchor Housing Association manages the property and takes the final decision on who should take the tenancy, however the Warnford Parish Meeting has nomination rights. WPM has a very short window in which to nominate someone to take the vacant property. There is info about this on the website here.

• The tenant should be 60 or over.

We understand that any new tenant would be expected to take up the tenancy around the end of July.
